Our Process

1. Playground Plan


Our sales team will be in touch shortly to discuss your requirements (if they haven’t by now!) and develop the best playground plan for you. We’ll discuss location, types of equipment, and safety surfacing if required.

We’ll use Google Earth to conduct a preliminary site survey of the area to get an overview of the proposed installation site. We can use our findings and work with you to design an exciting new play space. If its not quite right or the price doesn’t fit your budget, don’t worry we can adjust accordingly as many times as you need until you are happy! Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll get your order confirmed and ready for manufacturing.

2. Pre-Installation Site Visit

We’ll then confirm a date with you to come to site within six weeks of confirmation. Our experienced installers will come to site to scan and check the area to ensure all is fine for installation, as well as get an idea of what to expect on the day. If any issues arise at this point, don’t worry, plans can still be modified at this stage!

3. Equipment Installation

Your installation day(s) will be around 12 weeks from order, and our installations coordinator will be in contact with you after the pre-installation site visit to arrange a date. As you might imagine, this type of equipment can take a while to install, and we usually require multiple days to complete the install, depending on product size and other conditions, such as the ground or the weather!

We will do our best to accommodate your needs in regard to work start/end times, lunch breaks, etc. - so please let us know your requirements as soon as possible so that we can make sure we can allocate the right amount of days to your installation.

Health and safety is our main concern, so we will take necessary precautions to ensure all parties are safe!

We’ll let you know once the equipment is ready to be played on, and you can feel free to check it over yourself to make sure you’re happy before we leave!
